Traditional Chinese Medicine – Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a massage technique which, throughout careful pressures applied at different parts of the foot, it is possible to restore the physical and energetic body balance. This happens because our whole body is reflected on the feet soles, and through these specific points we can stimulate the work of glands, organs and tissues.
This can work with any age range, knowing the contraindications and applying the technique correctly, from children to the elderly, they all can benefit from the effects of foot reflexology.
